Location in Kiruna, nice bar, good breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff.
They are renovating the building, so it was a bit messy. This is temporary of course, but they could have taking this into account with the price of the room. No WiFi in the room, just ethernet connection.

Staff was courteous and welcoming. The bar was good. Breakfast was good.
There was construction going on which made entry and exit cumbersome. Also the check in was inconvenient; after 4 o'clock. The entire establishment was shut down before then.

We enjoyed the breakfast and socializing in the pub connected to the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly.
It would be great if the hotel could add three features: a gym/fitness room; a small refrigerator in the room; and laundry. As many folks traveling through Kiruna are probably on their way to/from camping or longer journeys, these three amenities would be very welcome.

besides, the location was favourable and unbeatable for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of kiruna mine. there was variety of food for breakfast, it was fantastic. the welcoming staff members was willing to help....

Room is very clean and it has enough space. It looks just after renovating and very comfort. It is located almost central area and convenient to walk around.
As is noticed it is undergoing renovation of ground floor and it is unable to checkin till opening " pub " located ground floor of hotel. Then it is unable to check in till 4pm.
